Housing Price Fluctuations in India – Covid-19 pandemic Research Paper
-Wrote a paper entitled, “Examining the factors that drive the variations in in housing prices across India during and after the Covid-19 pandemic.”
-Analysed city-level housing price data from 2019-2024 from NHB Residex to asses Covid-19’s impact on Indias real estate sector
-Identified regional variations and economic implications of housing price fluctuations for post-pandemic recovery and financial stability.
-The research paper has been sent for publishing to the International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research (IJFMR)
